Standard Delivery in the UK, including Northern Ireland

This costs £3.95 per order - no matter how many parcels we send. In-stock items are dispatched the next day - please allow 2 to 3 working days for the goods to arrive. Signatures are required for standard delivery order over £120. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Duty and Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, provided the item(s) are in a re-saleable condition i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed without perfume scent or deodorant marks and complete with their original labels (When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item). In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewelry, underwear or swimwear, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

To return your order by Royal Mail, please follow the instructions below:

• Complete the returns form as dispatched with your order and enclose it together with your returns items inside your parcel within 14 days.
• Repackage the goods into their original packaging.
• Take the parcel to your local Post office and obtain a proof of postage

Post the item back to us. Please note that we do not offer pre-paid postal returns. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of postage.

After this 14-day period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges except on a case-by-case basis. 

Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you may do so providing the item is unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days after receipt of your Order. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used. Please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund you the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
