Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, just click on the type of item you want from the list on the left side of the screen, then refine your search according to colour, size, price or brand, until you find exactly what you're looking for, then add to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure.

There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Simply browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by hover the mouse on each section in the main menu, then click on the type of item you want from the list (e.g. Evening dresses, Tops, Jeans …).

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility [top right of the main menu bar] and we will find you everything related to your specific search.

Once you have found what you want, click ‘add to shopping bag’, then add to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure to fill in your payment and delivery details.

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as Solo and Maestro debit cards. We also accept Paypal payments.

Yes, simply type in the address you wish your parcel to be delivered to during checkout. If the delivery address is the same as your customer address, simply tick the "same as" box to make it quicker!

At mcberry.co.uk we take your online security very seriously. When you place your order, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

To check the security of our website, simply look in the lower bar of your browser when you fill in your payment details. You will see an unbroken key or closed lock, showing that encryption is active and your information is secure.

We use the information you provide us in the following ways:

• And, from time to time, to inform you by post, email or other available means of products, services, promotions and special offers.

When you make an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. When your goods have been dispatched to you, we will send you an order dispatch email including details of the product dispatched

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! When you receive your item, please examine it for defects or incorrect shipment problems (of colour, size, etc.). You can cancel your Order for any reason within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods ("Statutory Cancellation Period") for a full refund or an exchange credit. If you are generally not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving the item.

After this 14-day period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges except on a case-by-case basis. Please note that items purchased with a discount code or discount from original price of 30% or more are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, you will receive a refund less shipping costs unless your order contained more than one item, in which case we will refund the full cost of the returned item.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact. Used items will not be accepted. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewelry, underwear or swimwear, unless they are faulty or damaged.

From time to time, an item may sell out before our inventory is electronically updated. We try our very best to have everything shown on the site available for immediate shipping but sometimes we can't get to the database in time! In the event of your item being backordered, we will contact you with other options within that style and let you know the estimated wait time for your item. At that time, you may choose to wait for your item to be restocked or cancel your order.

Yes, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as regular newsletters, and our exclusive discounts and special offers.

Just log-on with your user name and password, and follow the instructions to update/edit your account information at any time.
